1. Enquiries & Booking Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry on phuketadventureclub.com or via WhatsApp is a request for availability and does not constitute an automatic charge. A booking is confirmed once our team verifies live spaces, hotel pickup times, inclusions, and payment arrangements directly with you.

2. Pricing & Hotel Transfers

Prices displayed on our website are current starting rates in Thai Baht (THB). Most tours include round-trip hotel transfers from main Phuket beach zones; remote pickup zones or private van upgrades will always be quoted transparently before you confirm.

3. Sea Conditions & Weather Safety

Guest safety always comes first. Light tropical showers are common in southern Thailand and most experiences proceed normally. If the Marine Department or tour captain postpones or cancels a sea excursion due to unsafe weather conditions, we will assist you in rescheduling to another available date, switching to a safe land experience, or arranging a refund in accordance with the confirmed tour voucher terms.

4. Ethical Wildlife & Environmental Care

Guests participating in nature, island, and elephant sanctuary experiences agree to follow guide safety briefings, respect rescued wildlife (strictly no riding, no hooks, and no feeding unapproved items), and leave no litter in marine parks or forests.
